General Manager You will function as the Chief Executive Officer of the hotel reporting to the Head of the Leisure and Aviation Sector of the Hayleys Group. Candidates for this position should be below 50 years. You should be a graduate in the Hotel Management or possess equivalent qualification from a recognized local or foreign institute. An MBA and/ or qualifications in Finance and/ or Marketing will be an added advantage. You should posses a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience of which 5 years should be in hotel general management and should be currently functioning in the role of General Manager in a five star hotel in Sri Lanka or abroad You would be a visionary leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills and be a strategist with business acumen and appropriate contacts within the travel and leisure industry, both locally and/ or internationally. The remuneration plan includes in-house accommodation, vehicle and other benefits consistent with the job role and industry. * Position is located in Sri Lanka. Relocation Required
