Front Office Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, you will head the Front Office operations of the hotel.

You should be a graduate in Hotel Management with specialization in Front Office operations or possess equivalent qualifications from a recognized local or foreign institute. Qualifications in Marketing will be an added advantage. Sound knowledge on automated hotel reservations and management information systems is a requirement for the position. You should possess a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience of which 5 years should be as a Front Office Manager and should be currently functioning in the role of a Front Office Manager in a five start hotel or a recognized hotel chain in Sri Lanka or abroad.

You would possess excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. A team player with outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills you will be enthusiastic and motivated to thrive in a challenging work environment.

Candidates for this position should be below 45 years.

Position is located in Sri Lanka. Relocation Required
