Executive Chef

You will head the Food Production and Kitchen Management of the Hotel.

You should be a graduate in Hotel Management with specialization in professional cookery or posses equivalent qualifications from a recognized local or foreign institute. You should possess a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience of which 5 years should be an Executive Chef and should be currently functioning in the role of an Executive Chef in a five star hotel in Sri Lanka or abroad.
You would be creative with excellent menu conceptualizing competence and the ability to handle the kitchen management & operations in a cost effective manner whilst providing leadership to the kitchen brigade.

A team player with outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills you will be enthusiastic and motivated to thrive in a challenging work environment.
Candidates for this position should be below 50 years
