The position involves a range of clinical and administrative functions necessary for the delivery of physiotherapy services at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. This position provides physiotherapy services to both the paediatric ward and outpatient paediatric services. The Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist is also responsible for the clinical supervision of Level 1 and 2 Physiotherapists assisting with paediatric clients and Undergraduate Physiotherapy students undertaking outpatients and acute placements. About the Wagga Wagga Base Hospital Wagga Wagga Base Hospital (WWBH) is a 256-bed level four-five hospital and provides acute and community health care services to the surrounding community. The Hospital provides Emergency, Coronary Care, Intensive Care, High Dependency, Medical, Surgical, Paediatric, Obstetrics, Renal, Rehabilitation, Dementia Assessment and Acute Mental Health services. Wagga Wagga is a city in New South Wales, Australia and it is the state's largest and the country's fifth largest inland city with nearly 60'000 inhabitants. It is situated half way between Sidney and melbourne (only a 1 hour plane flight or a 4 1/2 hour drive) and a 2 1/2 drive from Canberra, Australia's Capital.
